    Simone Alz

    Simone’s expertise lies in organizational and leadership development coupled with change management. For more than 20 years she has worked as a consultant to senior executives, and coaches team, personality and consciousness development for multinational clients. Her work is characterised by her strategic way of thinking and her distinctive talent for facilitating transitions with intuition and clarity.

    Simone graduated with a MA in psychology from Westfaelische-Wilhelms-Universitaet in Muenster, Germany and is a qualified coach (CPCC). She has published two books: ‘The Golden View’ (2014); ‘Depression entschlüsseln: Ursachen verstehen und Lösungen finden’ (2022).

     

    Marc Engel

    Marc Engel

    Marc partners with leaders and teams in his role as a leadership trainer, facilitator and executive coach. He supports them in transforming emotional roller coasters into the catalyst for their next chapter. Marc is described as bringing a grounded presence to the space combining an empathetic style and direct communication.

    Marc graduated from the University of Zurich with a major in Banking and Finance. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® (CPCC), a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Executive Coach (MGSCC) and a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC). He is also certified in the Leadership Circle 360 profile.
